UK power lead for Spark?

PSU update: I received my replacement in an impressive 6 days. NB: Nothing in the tracking email from DHL identified it as being from P.G. which I personally would consider a basic detail...
The new unit is labelled as "a replacement AC/DC adaptor" and is fitted with a standard UK Kettle lead.
This one works.
I have used my Spark for several days before posting and can confirm that I no longer have any issues with excessive noise.
My thanks to PG for their support.

Took 6 days to arrive from China to UK. Every step tracked by DHL. China - Hong Kong - Leipzig - East Midlands - Aberdeen - Inverness.

@k-mcg This is good news; I submitted a ticket yesterday. Hopefully they can turn this around just as quick! Really enjoying the amp but am limited to certain tones at the mo!

Still waiting for an update for my replacement. Ticket submitted 10 days ago. Nothing from DHL either.

I know this thread is old, but I thought as it's quite important to UK users to have the correct PSU, I'd keep it alive!
I also enquired about getting the correct PSU, but have had no reply.
This seems like such a basic thing; provide the correct PSU for the country you're shipping to!

@disknoir UPDATE: I just spoke to my local GuitarGuitar store, and they said that the issue with the twom pin connector was solved, and all new Spark amps ship with the correct grounded power supply. Glad someone knew waht was going on :D

@disknoir
I think the problem is figuring out if you received the grounded power supply on a Spark 40 during the transition. My amplifier was purchased from Amazon USA in Aug 2021 and came with a 3-prong cable going into a U.S. standard wall plug on one end, and a 3-prong plug going into the supply on the other end. So I’m assuming mine isn’t floating; unfortunately, I don’t know the configuration of the power cable delivered with the floating power supply. While I assume it was two prong, you know what assume means… And I don’t know how that translates into a UK/Europe model.
