Headphone level low even at max volume

Its my first day with the amp and I am disappointed.... Does Anyone know how to correct the volume level for headphones and yeah I did turn the dial up... I just got my bias rack and I have not tried it through a cab yet so not certain if that is effected also by the low volume malfunction. So far I have reset it to factory and then updated etc no luck.. The Volume sound level is so low I can hear my strumming even with the volumed maxed out.. Any help would be appreciated!
