ToneCloud doesn't have my desktop preset

I just made a preset on the computer using custom Bias Amp and published it to ToneCloud ("Adam 25", Blues category) in Bias FX 2. However, it won't show up in ToneCloud search in the Bias FX 2 iPad app.
I can see the preset in my account info, but only if I filter by "Show uploaded desktop presets".
Worth noting that I have the latest versions on OSX and iOS and made sure to purchase all the expansion packs in case that was the issue.
Are desktop presets not supported on iPad? Any other tips for sharing presets with friends?

@adam-glazier Of course, plus other problems, like FX1 Mobile presets that are not visible on FX2 Mobile, etc etc. Get in line with the complains :-)

Hey Positive Grid! Can we get an official response? One of the most critical features / selling points of your product doesn't work as advertised... Sharing custom presets.

I give up. So many small issues (esp with the iPad), I'm convinced that Bias has not figured out how to make what they promised and as a result puts all of its users at risk of waisting their money. Going to bite the bullet and move to Fractal, where I can count on performance / abilities.
