Where's the AMP+FX integration?
-
Hello,
This is my first post. Just bought the Pro combo package and didn't find the amp+fx integration on the plugin interface (I'm on Logic Pro X). How do I enable it? I didn't installed the standalone application since I intend to use always on Logic Pro. Thanks in advance.

If you own both Bias FX and Bias Amp the integration is between the 2 apps and is automatic not features that need to be enabled - you just need to have both installed, then as an example you can> open Bias Amp> make or choose an amp> then from that interface you can open the amp in Bias FX (there is an icon in Bias Amp to do this) - that is part of the integration process (you can also open Bias FX and from there some of the amps can be edited in Bias Amp the same way, look for the icon to appear and it will let you open the amp in Bias Amp and let you edit the amp there)

Nice to know, thank you. Later I found the way to add a Bias Amp to my Bias FX chain, however I didn't know I could edit my Amp and immediately it would be updated on my Bias FX window. It would be nice if I could put FX pedals between the preamp and power amp like in a effects loop. Is it possible?

@brmusician for FX that would be on a loop you can put them after the speaker or even try between the amp and speaker - you will notice some presets that are made this way with FX like Delay and Reverb placed after
Keep experimenting and you will find the uses that work best for you - cheers
