When will my Spark arrive?
-
I ordered my Spark on February 15, 2020. It is now July 1, 2020 ad still no Spark. Only automated communication after repeated emails from myself. Its been 4 months, Spark didn't wait 4 hours to accept my payment. You are not serving future customers justice by not being upfront with actual delivery times. This product may have received awards from CAMM 2020 for innovation, etc., but I don't see an award coming for customer service. Only so much can be blamed on the virus.
-
It's completely out of their hands, any information they get comes from the manufacturers, or the shipping companies, or port authorities or delivery companies.
PG have no control over any of that. How could they?
-
You ordered on February 15th. I would be in your place
have no hopes yet. Expect August or September. -
@k-mcg that's not the dudes point. Honest and direct communication is something that should be common sense when attempting to maintain your clientele. PG obviously only cares about temporary monetary gain and not customer service. It takes all of 15 minutes to read this forum and see where the majority of complaints are. I would be a little less irritated if I got a more detailed idea on where my product is.
-
You can be sure PG knows exactly what is being discussed here in the forum.
You should face the problems openly and put the cards on the table. Putting your head in the sand does a lot more damage.
If I have to wait half a year and more for something that I could actually count on in the next few weeks and communicate poorly, then I shouldn't be surprised if the customers react angrily. -

And what if there's no information available? Manufacturer says the order is 'being prepared'. What are PG supposed to do? Make stuff up?
They'll make the information available when it's available. Your amp will arrive when it's ready.
-
@k-mcg how is there no information to give? A part shortage, manufacturer issues, customs issues; there's so much a company can say to help ease the stress of their clientele instead of giving the same update just telling you to remain patient.
I ordered (knowing full well it was a pre-order) with the expectation of a late February early March delivery date. I, as well as countless others remained patient giving the status of the world at that time. Did they change any delivery updates on their platform where they make money? Nah, they took the money of those with the same delivery expectation and were unaware of the "delayed shopping." Then months go by, those of us still patiently waiting don't get an update, rather we get a picture in an email saying they are shopping them.
Don't pretend like there's nothing they can tell their paying customers. Online reviews are what make or break sales in 2020, that should have been their focus from the start. Have a product and service that keeps people talking positive and you don't have to spend so much on advertising. It's easy to see where they funnelled their income and what was at the front of this companies priorities. -
As I said, they're not going to just make stuff up to keep people happy.
Trust me, their main priority is getting your amp to your door as quickly as possible, simply because that's the point at which the money you paid is released from the escrow to their bank account.
If you don't get your amp, they dont get your money.

PG have no control over any of that. How could they?Kevin McGillivray, you are as full of S**T as Positive Greed. You COMPLETELY SPIN every legitimate argument or complaint anyone has against this very, very poorly managed company.
YES, they have control over MANY aspects of their business. You are only correct in portraying that Positive Greed is like a ship floundering at sea without any rudder control or engine. That much is true.
The truth is Positive Greed has every bit of control over how they have HANDLED this products pre-launch, pre-sales, updates after sales, communication to paid customers, customer support, honest shipping projections for future sales, honest projections of shipping dates to current customers, etc. NONE of which they have managed well.
Two things are constant here.
-
Positive Greed's shipping dates have been and continue to be exponentially flawed.
-
Kevin McGillivray will continue to act like he has his head up his *ss.

-
@k-mcg Kevin, so much BS coming from one person. Dang, I bet your breath stinks.
-
C'mon man, you can do better than that. Do some more shouty swearies. They're the best!
-
@k-mcg Kevin McGillivray, what someone of your clearly limited intelligence doesn't realize is that I'm doing a great job distracting you from your Pom Poms and trolling of anyone who doesn't speak rainbows and unicorns about your company Positive Greed.
Always a step (or two million) ahead of you Pom Pom. ROFLMAO
-
You sure got a lot to learn about projection, bud. Enlightenment awaits. . .

Stop it man, last thing I want is another redneck stalker! ;)
-
@k-mcg Kevin McGillivray... Project much?... LOL Good grief you are a hypocritical tool. LOL Stalking? You mean like how you troll this forum and attack, berate and call people names that express their frustrations or any issues regarding Positive Greed or their products?
-
Why do you keep using my real name, stalker boy? What are you trying to achieve, weirdo?
-
@k-mcg YOU used your real name when you constantly attacked people on this forum. Take responsibility for YOUR actions bully.
