Question for PG



  • Hi,
    I pose this question directly to someone from Positive Grid.
    I am curious why no one from your company gets on the forum to address the things people are saying about your company and customer service directly? As a business owner myself, I would be horrified if the perception of my company was in this state.

    I know things are out of your control and it will not change, but sometimes you just have to give your customers someone to vent too, no matter how hard the message is to hear. Remember if it was not for your customers, you would not be around.

    Your website has the latest deals, current sales numbers for bundles, but still shows an "expected delivery of June or July 2020" ?

    I think you owe it to your customers..

  • I am not from the company and agree that I would never accept this type of customer service. Or lack of CS. I have posted both here and on Facebook that while the wait is long and despite the defenders saying you have to understand I think that the wait is not the problem with this transaction. The Updates and emails have all been totally inaccurate and they have provided no information that would allow you to know how long your wait will be other than those general statements that have all been wrong with no explanation. For a while I was concerned that one day they would be up and gone because if you own a business and have all this cash coming in and only a dribble of product going out I could think of a number of reason why a company would do that. I could not think of one reason why a well run and efficient company would do that for many months. But I am pretty sure I will get an amp in the next month or so. I am pretty certain that I will not be a PG customer again. Something about the way this has been handled reminds me more of those scam bid sites where they tell you that they got this thousand dollar thing for 50 dollars. While they did pay 50 they fail to mention that each penny bid cost much more than a penny. So something is just not right and think this is a front for something else going on.

    When I over commit and under perform, my customers expect an answer. It changes nothing about the situation, but at least they get an answer.
    Imagine if your bank did not show money you deposited in your account for a few weeks, or if your Uber driver never showed up.

    I have order number 184XXX.. so will be a while before I get mine. Like you, just wonder what is really going on.

    I live in a civilised country. We don't have statues of racists to vandalise.

    By the way, you diminish your credibility even further when you introduce politics to a non-political subject. You need to reassess your thought processes. Wearing a mask helps, I'm told.

It's ridiculous that people have to read this garbage instead of getting REAL answers to REAL issues with their amp, whether it's the constant lies from Positive Grid, the bad power supplies, the grounding issues, etc.
