Note that this post is in a generic "Tips & Tricks" section, so it isn't clear which product either post is referring to. But as a guess that it is similar across BIAS products, it's probably a matter of copying the same directory mentioned in the FX2 FAQ for backing-up presets:

A: To backup your presets, you have two ways:(1) Backup the preset folders below:
For Windows
