I've noticed that when one downloads a cloud preset , it only saves it to the device you are using, it's not universal,
I've noticed recently played and liked songs are universally saved to ones profile,so no matter what device you use, it's all there.
Why can't this be done in the presets of amp models?
I spent an hour going through the cloud and saved a few that were usable, now that I'm on another device, I don't want to go and look through the dozens and dozens of genres and try and remember what I saved on my other device.
I'm using same Android 9 on both devices, can anyone tell me what folder in settings >files>android>data>?? they are in?
so I can cut and paste the files to another device?
I've opened every folder in Android file manager and can't see the spark app and where this app saves its data to.
But I can see all my other apps data on my fone Android folder.
Positive Grid folder is missing, what name are they using?

to see the files, with a specific file manager, you should have root permissions

I agree, it's really annoying. I think the workaround is that if you 'like' the patches with heart button they appear in your favourites no matter what device you use (unless I've dreamt that). They don't appear in the relative genre though until you save them again from favourites.

yes ok.. tried that... I think that is correct, one needs to then favourite them and then download them, not just download them.
I'll keep that in mind for next time...

icw the app folder... PG must have a hidden folder?
as I can see all the folders of my other apps with data subfolders of what they store.

@achurch4u This is in the wrong thread. In any case, you need to submit a support ticket to PG directly and from what I've read about others with the same problem, they resolve the issue quickly.
