Help with Set Up

Hi Everyone, I just purchased BIAS FX and I am having trouble with the set up. I downloaded the drivers and set up my output sound. I am using a USB Alesis Mixmaster with Cubase Elements LE software. I have Cubase set up and it launches Bias FX. I watched several youtube videos and think I have the software set up correctly. However, when I play my guitar, I only hear the regular amp sounds.

Here is my set up:

USB from computer to mixer
Guitar cable to mixer input
Mixer output to amp guitar input

What am I missing? This is my first time using a mixer and computer set up with my guitar.
