What is the actual latency through the Spark amp with no effects enabled while using the Spark amp as an audio interface? Can you detect a delay between the time you pick a guitar note and you hear the results out of a connected PC?

@fpc I tried that using Studio one... There is a little amount of latency of course... (Spark is not a real audio interface) but is good enough to play and practicing.. Of course if you need to studio record you better off with an audio interface and a DAW with Bias fx2

with 512 samples ASIO-buffer (48 kHz, 24 Bit WAV): no way to choose that
with 256 samples ASIO-buffer (48 kHz, 24 Bit WAV, both inputs active): Input 11 ms (??? samples), Output: 11 ms (??? samples)
with 256 samples ASIO-buffer (48 kHz, 24 Bit WAV, mono input active): Input 5,3 ms (??? samples), Output: 5,3 ms (??? samples)FX in Reaper switched off, same USB-cable used for both measurements.

Can you help me understand how much latency results in hearing a delay between the time you pick a string and you hear the tone from the PC? I wondering whether a delay of less than 10 ms would go unnoticed. But I am hoping the delay could be somewhat longer.
I've used an inexpensive audio interface that has too much delay to be usable, but I have no way to measure it.

@fpc I think most people will tolerate delays smaller than 15 ms. For me it starts to get uncomfy at about 20 ms. But the point when it starts to get annoying is kind of individual.
