Reaper and Bias FX locked tones...

Guys, I need your help. When I get a track in Reaper and go to Fx to load Bias FX, All of my favorites are locked? I'm an "Elite" user. I'm at a loss. I've contacted CS MULTIPLE times to no avail. What am I missing? Be forewarned tho, I'm NOT the Cat with the sharpest claws!!! lol
