      Hey Guys,

I'd like to ask you a favor because I have a display problem with Bias. I'm using Cubase 10 Elements and Win 10 with a resolution of 2560x1440p and a scaling option of 125%. Exactly with these settings and using the High-DPI function of Cubase, there are enormous display problems when calling up bias and finally Cubase freezes completely.

If I turn off the High-DPI function or deactivate the 125% scaling, I don't get the problems, now the question is whether it's Bias or Cubase.

Could someone recreate this with Cubase?

      Thanks a lot!

        Pammy --

I can definitely recreate this. In fact, I sent a support request earlier this morning regarding this same issue. Thanks to your post, I discovered that I can turn off High DPI in Cubase and all seems to be well. I don't have to turn off 175% mode in BIAS FX, but I do have to open and close the VST window a couple of times before I see the whole thing.

Thank you for your help, Pammy! Now at least I can use the software in Cubase. So Positive Grid...is there any resolution that you can think of at this point? I saw elsewhere that you don't intend to work on high DPI display issues anytime soon. Are Pammy and I just kind of out of luck and need to modify our display resolution when we need to use BIAS FX?

        Thank you --
        Robert
