Spark amp possible broken, no response from PG

Hey all - I got my Spark about 3 weeks ago. Everything was perfect. No noises/hiss/hum. Connected right up to my iPad, absolutely no issues at all. I turned it on last Sunday - NOTHING. A very quiet hiss/buzz with a quiet crackle and pop with reverb every now and then. No output at all from anything. I e-mailEd Positive grid from the Support link on the website, and 3 days later to support@positivegrid.com. I’ve gotten zero response. I found this forum link on Facebook so I thought I would try here. I Have waited over a week for a response from PG and have decided to post here for any assistance for known contact methods or solutions to the problem. I really like the amp and would like to get it going. I know electronics fairly well and really don’t think it is a software issue...I did download the updater and Beta firmware, but when I try to open it my computer advises the program is damaged and deletes it. A response from PG would be great.

Don't hold your breath. Customer service appears to be a concept that is not comprehended by this company. I'll NEVER do business with them again for hardware or software because I expect to receive what I pay for, and I paid 6 months ago for a Spark and have received nothing. If not the product itself, a response to my polite queries to "Customer Service" would normally be appropriate - but NOTHING??? ARE YOU FARKING KIDDING ME???
