Spark amp delivery



  • Can the people waiting for their amps to be delivered get more regular updates on the main page of your website, some of us just want to know around about where we are in the waiting list as we are not able to speak to anyone from positive grid and the help page does nothing for any of us, it's like communicating with Area 51.

  • I Couldn't agree more. It's nice to see that someone got his Spark just now after ordering in Dec 2019, it makes me wonder how long am I going to wait, ordering 2 months ago. Any information will be nice. Thank you!

    Bob's in the back boxing up your Spark Amps till 5 pm. Then he has to carry out the trash and sweep up. By that time its 6:30 PM and Bob is Hungry. He goes home tired and eats supper, and then goes to bed. Rinse and repeat. Bob doesn't have time to do emails because there is only Bob. It starts with a B, ends with a B. Bob...



  • @itay-shoshani I just got mine yesterday and I'm already unhappy. Can't play my music library through the Spark app. I can play a song in Itunes but when I start the Spark app, it silences the song. Trying to use the built in Itunes connector and load a playlist - start the song and it opens up that song/chord window, with a little YouTube window in upper left corner. Then it says it can't find the video.
    Finally figuring out how to update the firmware when two nearly new Win10 pc's couldn't detect the device was a joy also



  • @michael-howell not individual emails, that would be nothing short of madness to expect that, what I mean is on the updates section of the website " orders from December are on the way to customers you should have them soon we are working on jan and feb orders as I type, etc......" something along those lines so we have some kind of communication on mass but with a bit more detail than what is available at the moment, it would only be needed while their back log is being cleared, and it would only take 10 to 15 minutes to put something together

    to see people who ordered in Feb and already getting theirs p!sses me off
