Unwanted reverb/delay

Just received my Spark amp. Plugged it in on clean tone and made sure delay and reverb were set at 0. I am still getting reverb/delay. Anyone else have this issue? Any fixes? Thanks.

I’ve noticed the same thing. Once you turn the knob all the way up then down it seems to reset.

@gdm Agree with gdm. On startup, it does that. Just turn it up and then down again and it should be ok. Now, if they can just fix the hum coming through, on the clean channel..............(insert sigh here)
