Help for recording....
-
Dear friends, to begin with let me tell you I'm a beginner so I'm sure you'd forgive all my nonsenses... I'm really happy about the Spark especially the sound of it..it's really awesome..very clever piece of tech. especially for practicing (with the fun virtual drummer and backing tracks you can download...So cool and fun way to practice) I've one question for PG engeniers out there (or for some expert users like most of you guys) My "dream" now would be to be able to record (using Studio One Prime) the backing tracks and/or the virtual drummer (Dave) so I can play and record whatever I ear coming out from Spark. After few days of investigation I learned that the "music" (backing tracks and virtual drummer) run on a different circuit inside the Spark and only the guitar signal can be recorded on your DAW (in my case Studio One Prime) Do you think the only way for myself to be able to record "music" and my guitar is to mic Spark (using an external Audio Interface into my PC) orthere is some other workaraound/idea ? Somebody told me to try and record spark in my DAW using the headphone output into my Audio Interface (Focusrite 2i2) Has anybody tried that? Waht about the Aux output behind the Spark? Is that a valid output (maybe better than headphones) to throw into my interface and record everything from there? Oh, one more thing, I did not tried the headphone workaround for I would still need Spark as my "monitor" to hear whatever I'm doing...... Who know if PG will ever make possible via updates to make the "music" recordable as well as the guitar signal...Thank you for your patience and your helps...God Bless all of you my friends
