BIAS FX 2 Crash and Sound Problems

I recently bought Bias Fx 2, surely there will be other posts discussing it, but besides crashing to desktop without even a mistake, when I managed to make it work the sound is unnatural and distorted.
I can't understand if it's a frequency and buff problem or not.

The system is windows, obviously exceeds the recommended requirements and as an external sound card is a motu m2.

Before the last update, however, the program worked perfectly, unfortunately, even if you restore the PC it doesn't work.
