I cannot get Garageband to see BIAS FX 2 and cannot hear any output via BIAS FX2

I have downloaded BIAS FX 2 but cannot get any input/output from it, yet am getting input/output via Focusrite on GarageBand. What am I doing wrong? It does not appear in the GB effects list either.
