i bought bias fx 2 elite but it doesnt show in my download page?

Mine is up and running!
Literally just logged into demo version and a message popped up saying “logged into professional version”.
Hopefully it will be that easy for everyone else.

now it works for me too. a bit of a let down after buying the elite version since its alot of money and you want the product,then you cant use it for a day. but yeah,now i have it.

@darknessviking Did the Bias pedal unlock for you? I'm not sure what version of elite you purchased, but I upgraded from PRO to Elite. I now have the license for the Bias FX Elite but the Bias pedal license doesn't activate.

@fifthcircle I have exactly the same problem currently. Upgraded pro to elite but no pedal download. I have lodged a support ticket but so far no response.

@darknessviking did everyone get this resolved? Tech support was very responsive and resolved everything for me. Hopefully you all got the same.
