i bought bias fx 2 elite but it doesnt show in my download page?
i am logged in and everything,and i just bought it, i have the order reciept, i have the confirmed order mail,but when i click on the download page i get an empty page?i just paid alot of money for this program and i dont even have a download link or anything? :(

I just upgraded from PRO to Elite and I am having the same issue. I logged in and out of tone cloud but that didn't work. still only have PRO license and No ELITE.

thats not good at all. maybe we should get some of the money back because they havent provided the product we paid for

@darknessviking download link is on the postivegrid site not on toneclound. click on your initials next to the shopping cart, and you should see the download link.

@darknessviking strange it showed up within a few mins for me. I got the order confirmed email and then an instruction email. did you get both emails?

in the mail i got it said:
"Please note below if you are purchasing software or expansion pack products:
Please log in and download your purchased software on the Download Page
If you've purchased expansion pack items, re-log into your account within the software to unlock and access expansion pack content." -
I’m getting the same.
Email tells you to download at download tab in account, nothing there!
Tried the log out and login on the demo version, still on demo.
Not impressed, I’ve just had to update my OS to try it, including updating all my software and other plugins. Now they take my money and don’t give me the product! Great!

I have the same issue as OP. Tthere really should be some sort of response here, seeing as it is affecting multiple customers.

Same here and no staff response for almost 24 hours. Customer support seems to be their weak spot... probably my worst online customer experience ever. How am I supposed to claim a refund when they keep ignoring me?

@fifthcircle I've just logged in to PG on my mobile phone and there I was finally able to see the download link and the confirmation of the purchase, but on my mobile only. Still nothing on my PC though.

@a-franke1974 I am in conversation with support as I type. They have assured me that the issue has been resolved and the purchase/download should appear. This is great for those experiencing the same issue. For me, however, I am considering asking for a refund, as this was not a pleasant first experience for me.
