Sux's to have to wait, but congrats to those who got theirs and have posted here- that gives me hope that the 4/23/20 info update about getting mine in mid-June is a possibility!

@ lon53lhc, During this time you haven’t been getting updates along the way? I ordered Nov 4 (as did a friend) and during this whole process we have been getting the emails that said shipping in Jan, the apology shipping in Feb, then notices of production issues they want to correct to make sure the product is right, then email about a component shortage, more updates about shipping shortly, another with a free download of Bias FXII to say thanks for your patience, then finally the email with tracking number and arrival on April 16 for me and my friend.
Yes, they probably were too aggressive on their schedule, but it wasn’t that much money and when ordering I figured I’d be in for a long wait.
My company has lots of suppliers in China (and an office there where someone that reports to me works) and early Feb when the virus hit they could not return back to office/factories from Chinese New Years for like 3 weeks, and then factories were only at 50% capacity through most of March. Not to mention the headaches of getting container loads to the ports to get ocean shipments out as most of that effort in China was shut down for weeks.

@bschultz8 Hi, you must be replying to someone else as I understand what PG is going through. I have all the updates and am not complaining in the least. There are much more important things in life right now than to be obsessing over a little practice amp (although, like everyone else, I am really looking forward to receiving mine!). Thank you!

I received an email "update#6.2" today April 24, that my last chance Spark will now be shipped in June. Originally, supposed to be coming in April, then May and now June...still looking forward to receiving it one day soon.

@bschultz8 Guess we just have varying views on how this process was handled. My standpoint was when I ordered in Nov, they told me expect delivery in 4 weeks. For a product like this shipping from China that would have meant my amp was already manufactured and ready for deployment. Turns out they didn't even have all the parts at that point.
Later down the line, they posted shipping dates on their site to newer customers that we knew couldn't be met, because PG support, in emails to individuals (not on their public website) stated longer delays to earlier customers.
At a minimum, they royally screwed up the logistics on these orders. And the fact they continued to post unrealistic delivery dates to newer customers than us I find suspicious. They didn't post the most up to date info on their website to potential customers on several occasions. I feel that's misleading -
@chritopher144 I ordered in early February and was told late May early April, last estimate update says June... I ordered when I did because it looked as though they were nearing the end for the “last chance discount”...ie; number 2324 of 2500 made...that second number is deceiving as they just keep increasing it and getting further behind. I think the second number is now up to around 9 or 10 thousand.
It appears as though some orders are being shipped, and I’ll wait for mine, but it’s not a very good way to inspire consumer confidence. If you can’t keep up, quit taking orders till you catch up. And explain that in your “updates”, instead of delaying deliveries even more. -

Got an email today asking if I still wanted it delivered to my business address - which is kinda good (mean's it's about to be delivered) but kinda bad as my guess is that means it isn't in Aus yet - but fingers crossed! -

This company has been around like a decade. They have other pieces of hardware that are much more expensive out there that have been distributed through traditional channels to music stores and the like. It would be a weird scam to pull designing an entire amp, writing an app and publishing it on the app store just to delay the shipment and skim money or whatever people think is going on.

I don't believe that this is a scam.
When the pre orders became available it was made pretty clear that there would be a wait.
Also they had no way of know this virus situation was going to happen.
I just ordered my spark two days ago, and I cant wait to try it out. I probably won't see it until june or July but I believe it will be worth the wait. -
@ashlcoop5 I ordered mine in February and now its May and I just got notice last week that mine is in the shipping phase. I have been told by the end of May at the latest. only 11 days left.

@chritopher144 I am like you, I check for my order everyday. I ordered mine in January and it says mine is in the shipping phase. I also was told by end of May. Well 11 days left.
