      Wow, I was just browsing this forum as I purchased (I mean waiting for my spark since Nov), and was given a license to BIAS. Started playing around with it and decided to check out this forum. It's sad to see and hear these reports, it seems PG customer service is lacking in many areas. Spark was my first interaction with this company and will likely be my last.

        I pretty sure this is a bug and not standard business practice. I had zero issue in upgrading. Everything I paid for is there... presets for earlier bias FX2 installs, bias pedals, bias amp2... its all there.

        I would submit a support ticket.

          Just for everyone's information (because I don't see it posted here): A couple days ago Positive Grid support e-mailed me this message in response to the upgrade debacle:
          "Our engineers are working on a hotfix and it should be released later this week. Please kindly wait for further notice. Thanks."

            Just to say I'm usually not one to complain but this is seriously jacked up!!! Have everything ready to jam and nope sorry you need to spend some more $$$$$ to use the things you have been using for months now. I will say I will not be spending my $$ on another product and will make sure everyone else knows not to also. Bad Business. I shouldn't have to uninstall this new update and reinstall the old. Tried the beta didn't work. I got the elite and it wasn't cheap but it worked and now to pull some BS like this!!!! Not a bug and I want a answer!!! This is wrong and I hope everyone shares this to anyone looking to buy one of PG products. This needs to be fixed or people should be given their money back PERIOD
