Bias FX 2 no output volume

Hello. I purchased Bias FX 2 back in November and after the first use, the software has not worked in either standalone or plug in form. The main issue is the output volume within the plugin. When I play, the signal is showing in my DAW (Ableton) and in the input volume section of the plugin but not the output volume.
The only other people I've seen have this problem are windows based people and I'm on a Mac, so it's been hard for me to find a solution.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling (to no avail). I also reached out to Positive Grid support via email and haven't heard back in weeks.
If anybody could help me solve my current problem, that would be great!

@paleaura20 check that the app is enabled for input in the security settings
This has been since the introduction of Mojave -
@tafkad Didn't make a difference. Still no output.

I tried it in Logic and the opposite happened. The output volume looks to be peaking but there's no input volume. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
