      Hi guys,

I'm running BIAS FX 2 Elite (on WIN10) and I'm having issues downloading pedal boards from ToneCloud. When I select a pedal board to download, it won't allow me to choose a bank to save it to. The only way I've been able to fix this is by creating a new bank for all my new downloads. The problem is that, when I restart the app and try to download another new pedal board, I get the same error until I create another new bank. Luckily you're able to manage your banks pretty easily so you can move the tones around but if you restart the app at some point, the problem comes back.

I've tried the following steps to fix this:

      • logging out of my account and logging back in
      • re-installing the app
      • changing window size
      • rebooting my PC
      • renaming existing banks

      Anyone else experiencing this issue?

@cmangs Hi Christian, the only solution I've been able to find is to create a new bank every time this happens and save your downloaded tones to it until it happens again, then repeat. It's not ideal, but works until this bug is fixed.

What I do to keep things organized is just rename the old banks that can't be used any more to "bank 1 - old" for example and then call the new bank "bank 1" and move all my tones into this new bank until the issue reoccurs.
