      Help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/categories/360002263432. That link will get you to how to update your firmware for the Spark Amp. Also the ASIO driver. You download the driver first. I then plugged in the USB & turned on the Spark Amp and it did an update. I then turned off the amp, unplugged the USB, downloaded the firmware then turned the amp back on and plugged in the cable and it updated to the new firmware edition. Also a good note. If you don't hear anything from your PC, or amp or headphones except your guitar make sure you turn up your Music Level. Tiny knob on your amp on the right. Drove me mad!
