Just opened the app today to get the same message. It worked just fine a week ago. Has anyone managed to fix this issue?

Has anyone tried updating the app to 2.1.9, does it make a difference?

              Same here,

Bias FX 2 Pro does it, and the Android app for spark software.

All tones i have saved in my bank are still accessible, just cant access the Tonecloud.

I'm having the same issue and to be frank, I'm pretty unhappy as I paid a handsome amount for this product. I dearly hope this issue resolves fast.

Same here, just purchased this software yesterday. If this is how things work here I'll be getting a refund!

Add another one to the list. Just purchased yesterday and am definitely considering getting a refund. Seems as if this is a common issue over the last few months for many users.

@mshrem I am thinking exactly the same... After the whole amp blocking issue from the previous update, they still haven't learned to inform their users, pretty low standard support for a paid app...

Guys, Tonecloud is just one feature of FX2. The software itself is fully functional otherwise.
I've had FX products for years and have personally used Tonecloud maybe 5 times. Nice feature and all, but certainly not necessary.

Make your own presets with everything you have available to you and play some guitar! Tonecloud access will come back when it comes back (and it always does, so chill out).

EDIT: As I finished writing this, I checked and it's back. Relax.

@myxolydian That's you, myself the cloud is a huge deal, and the main reason I purchased BIAS FX 2 in the first place. I played the demo for a few years, I finally get my poor ass able to buy it, and I couldn't use any of the presets I was downloading due to a glitch in their update, then they fix it, then a few weeks later something else doesn't work properly. Not exactly off to a great first impression, and reasonably so.

@philminator Yeah, not for me. I'd rather spend my time playing and making presets than downloading others presets. Even the ones you download still have to be tweaked a bit most times. I could make my own in that span of time.
Tonecloud is back up anyway, so its not a big deal.
