I can't have access to Tone Cloud (BIAS FX 2)

Hey guys, I get this message "EMPTY RESULTS Contend could be uploaded from all BIAS series software" whenever I try to get to the tone cloud in the last hours, any ideas whats wrong?

Obviously some changes happening to accommodate Spark users.
For what it's worth, Tonecloud is working for Amp2 and Pedal--but not for FX2.

@myxolydian Considering this software isn't exactly cheap, the complete silence from Positive Grid on this is disappointing. Even a banner at the top of the forum saying they're aware of the issue would be nice.
I just hope the software side isn't going to languish in favour of the Spark now.

Ckecking in to say i have the same issues with the software ....
At this rate i am thinking of getting a full refund i am still on the 30 day period and i had nothing but problems with the software.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using Bias FX2 Elite so this is particularly frustrating.

@nketter Elite here too. I thought the issue was fixed a couple of hours ago. I managed to get into Tonecloud then suddenly back to "empty results" again while scrolling through. And still absolutely nothing from Positive Grid acknowledging any issue. Even Fitbit, who lately have awful customer service, put banners up on the support forum saying they're aware of issues and they're working on it.
Anyone tried emailing customer support?

@rockin-trucker I just submitted a support request. Here's the description I used if anyone else wants to pile on. Might help bring it to their attention more quickly:
When trying to access ToneCloud the screen says "EMPTY RESULT Contents could be uploaded from all BIAS series softwares." This has been the case for at least the last 24 hours. Please check your forums as there's a thread about this with multiple users experiencing this issue.

@rockin-trucker It's back up and working for me now...intermittently.
I wouldn't worry too much about it, as clearly they are working on some things. Frustrating? Sure. However, this is how it goes with updating apps in real time. -
@myxolydian Still pretty much useless for me. Loads up then goes to "Empty Results" almost immediately. PG are all about Spark these days it seems. When was the last time they even posted something in this desktop software forum? The pinned posts at the top have last entries of 1 and 2 years ago. I paid more than the Spark costs for this software, it's not unreasonable I expect it to work and when it doesn't to expect PG to at least comment on that fact.

Hi, I use Bias FX2 (Elite) and ToneCloud shows empty results. I logged in and out several times, but nothing helped.
