  • @a2zremovers I agree. This amp is beginning to be as obtainable as a bottle of Pappy Van Winkles. By the way, I have a little left in a bottle my ex bought me years ago before it became such a hot item. And it is sooooo good.



  • @maccayoung They posted a message on the Spark information page. I am beginning to wonder if the messages I and others have received in our own emails were in response to our requesting information via the "support" read that non-support portal. But even our messages have been the same canned text excuses posted on the Spark Web Page. I suggest doing what I have done and take the time to post the issues with PG on your own personal social media pages and post your dissatisfaction on the PG Spark Facebook page. If enough of us do that we can, perhaps, put enough economic pressure on PG to up their game and discharge their responsibilities to us.



  • Guys I really don’t think there is anything we can do but wait. As shit as they have handled this I still believe it will be a great product and worth the wait. But that being said we deserve more compensation than a discounted software half of us cannot use anyway.

    Same as all of you, I began getting the sorry but.. "postponed delivery/parts unavailable" emails....the sorry but "overwhelming sales" are holding everything up.... and the latest email was a "we need more time/here's some free software consolation". Sorry but, that's not what I paid for.
    Two days ago, I decided to reach out to PG for immediate confirmation of delivery or refund my money.
    No response. NOTHING.
    After not receiving any activity from them at all.., I then, decided to go directly to PAYPAL and request that a dispute process be started. The dispute form I filled out, included my "did not receive product" complaint statement as well as a copy of my "paid receipt notification" from PG.
    I saw where the written complaint and proof of purchase was immediately sent to PG as well. Still no response.
    I have read pros and cons about this situation. Some of you are saying give them a break...they're trying hard to make it right etc etc... but, my bottom line is this.... for a company to capture "OPM" (other people's money) without letting them know the true unavailability of the product bought, send multiple apology emails, not having a customer service dept to respond to customer concerns, NOT offering to return the customer's money as an option...?
    Sorry, but in my opinion, this is riding a fine line of possible fraud.
    If there is anyone from PG reading this, do the right thing and return my hard earned cash! What you are doing to thousands of people (who trusted you), is just plain wrong. At this point, if my calculator is correct...you have almost
    $7 million dollars of OPM in your bank account.
    (25,000 claimed sales x $269).
    Every business needs to stand on its' own legs. And NOT with unsuspecting customers funds. Make it right!!!

    Man..spot on. Also PG please don’t tell us about overwhelming sales as if it’s some sort of benefit to us. What the fuck do we consumers get out of your overwhelming sales??.? Nothing!! Only more delays!!

    My friend bought his in early November and he has not received a shipping notice much less the spark.
    This company is pathetic. I'm not sure what is worse, the lies or the silence



  • I've seen messages from people who ordered after I did that they have received email updates from PG. I ordered on November 1, order #2008, and have not received any direct messages from PG. I'm puzzled that nobody who has received an email has responded to your request. It would also be nice if people who have received their Spark would respond with their order date and number. I would like to know how far down the list they have shipped to.



  • why cant they just tell us which pieces are currently in route. ie. orders from Oct 1st through oct 15th have been shipped. etc.. absolutely no reason why they cant keep us up to date with the progress



  • @diegofiorillo-uk You know, PG's statement that the delays are due to overwhelming sales. The number of people ordering the product has no bearing on their ability to produce the item. It just means they are getting more and more money. PG must really think we are stupid if they think that we believe the lies they are telling us.



  • Response received from PG to my request for a Spark gig bag or $50 discount in lieu of the offered BIAS FX2 software they offered us, but that I don't want or need. This response was a little quicker than the last one, and was a direct response to my question, rather than just a copy/paste of the latest update, so that's better service at least.

    The answer is "We cannot offer those due to our policy". Not sure what policy that is exactly, they didn't say. And they didn't offer any other options; just said they'd be happy to process a full refund if I wish to cancel my order. So for those who don't want or need the offered software, it looks like there's nothing else on offer to "thank us for our patience", as the original email puts it.

    I have asked if they would consider offering anyone who cancels now a voucher or coupon to buy the Spark later, when it's readily available, but at the pre-order price originally paid. This seems the least they could do given all the delays and the misinformation, but I very much doubt they'll go for it unless they are actively looking for people to cancel so they can fulfil remaining orders more quickly. Given they are currently indicating Mar-Apr 2020 delivery on the main Spark web page for anyone buying now under the Last Chance Special, they have a lot of ramping up to do. They'll need to build, ship and deliver around 29,000 amps by the end of April unless a load of people cancel. I hope they can achieve this but with all that has gone before, I am skeptical.

  • I bought my amp on Nov16. On Mar 1 at 6am I sent an email stating that I either wanted verifiable tracking numbers that my amp had been shipped or a refund by no later than March 6. This morning, March 2, I had a reply stating that my refund had been issued. I took that as a message they knew they would be unable to ship my amp by the end of the first week of March. I doubt very seriously that many amps will be shipped this month. So expect further delays.



  • well.... I'm nice and irritated as hell..After 3 days of barely a response not only did I FINALLY get an email saying it would finally be shipped.....They refunded and cancelled the order x.x. The only reason I asked for a refund was if they couldn't give me accurate info or ship it... and the day they finally do... it finally gets a refund after more than a week..j.f.c.

    I literally got a confirmation for being shipped in the same email as them cancelling and refunding my order x.x and unless that was a mistake....Then I'm super pissed it got canceled.

  • Bated breath... I ordered the Power Supporter (amp only version) on December 1, 2019. My Order Number is: 103812 (Maryland, USA). I have not heard anything yet (besides the automated messages to everyone). I'm not going to cancel, because I want the amp. But it is discouraging to not even know an estimated shipping date...



  • @vaughnripley my order was made Oct. 30th. I have yet to receive shipping confirmation either. Still plan on waiting as well, I want the product, but it definitely would be nice to have a confirmation on when I can expect it.
