Mine shipped. Ordered it in November. Got a FedEx tracking number Wednesday and it has since moved from City of Industry, CA to Moapa, NV since yesterday (so obviously it's going FedEx ground). FedEx ETA is Tuesday.
-
I received mine last Monday
-
@lapickbiz Same problem. Received email on 28 April which said estimated delivery was 4 May and that FEDEX notified!
Status has not changed in a week! More than dissatisfied with this company. -
Ok, I just received mine. I'm in italy (bought mine 29 Nov 2019) Nr. 97454
Spark sounds really nice, there are few light downsides, most of them easily fixable I think..
-Impossible for a normal person to find the way how to update firmware.
-Master volume change eveverytime you swap preset (this is quite annoying)
-The App crash every time a backing track song ends- Minor Buzz/hums when guitar is plugged in
- I downloaded AISO driver (is basically an app for Windows) but then in device manager it is state "no driver found" and windows can not find any online... (?)
Very impressed overall, especially the sound quality (better the sound of guitar then the music, thank God is not the opposite...)
Will PG ever add more of those (not bad at all) backing track in the app?

I had definite concerns about quality and precision of the manufacturing process when they started really tripping over their scrotum and the dissatisfaction of the customer base started to ramp up.
The inconsistency is a customer problem and I doubt most of the major issues get resolved before Spark 2.
That part bothers me much less that the consistent lying from PG.

Shipping delay by a day, but it is moving north to my home.

@peter-denny Just saw your notification. I got mine last Wed. May 6. I have the grounding issue buzzing some are complaining about.
-
Adjusted shipping and will have it today instead of tomorrow. Can't wait.
-
Mine finally came today! Woot! Ordered Nov 25. Cheers.

@llewis101
Same exact thing. Any update? -
I am a power supporter, I live in the USA and ordered mine in November. I told my friends who then ordered after me. Happy to say that my friend received his a while ago, but mine is nowhere to be seen. I have wrote and wrote to positive grid with no reply. Finally today, positive grid wrote back to me with the sad message.
"We know this is extremely frustrating, as you have been waiting a long time and now there’s further uncertainty regarding your delivery date”.
What does further uncertainty regarding your delivery date mean? Awful, simply awful.

@tonyfederici1964 Sad that they are getting so many complaints that they have to copy and paste the same non-answer answer to all delivery questions. It would be so much better to simply tell the truth. I don't care if it's "our driver got really stoned and lost the truck". Knowing they're not telling the truth makes me believe something much worse. My real guess is a massive quality problem. What I know with near certainty is that they are not sitting in the Global Courier Express warehouse on Temple in City of Industry waiting for FedEx to pick them up.

My enthusiasm is fading. Lol. Cant help but notice the increase in delay complaints as they shove Spark amp ads in my face. Like 10-20 ads a day followed with negative comments about delays. Must suck for them having their roll out of this getting so messed up as much as it sucks for us waiting. I dont know if I would continue pushing ads for this until I was caught up on the current backlog. Kinda feels like it hurts them more. Glad to see some people getting theirs. Hopefully things turn around and start moving faster.

@chritopher144 Your enthusiasm will be reinvigorated when your amp arrives. It’s a great little piece and lots of fun. So, take heart; it’s on the way. Start to worry, if, before you get your amp, you start seeing your newsfeed filling with Spark II amps. . .
-
@rgilgan lol. Yeah. that would suck . haha
-
Take heart. It will eventually arrive. Expect to wait for about 7-10 days after a shipping label is created for it to actually go in the system. You have to understand that the CV19 is hammering the whole distribution system and honestly complaining non stop will only make you more unhappy. Just chill you will get it. I got mine finally.
-
@peter-denny "Expect to wait for about 7-10 days after a shipping label is created for it to actually go in the system. " I'm at 14 days today, and counting... CV19 has ZERO to do with their lack of communication.
-
@lapickbiz
Totally agree with you. My shipping label was created more then 7-10 days ago.
It’s been long then two weeks now and positive grid finally wrote me and said that
They can not say when it will be delivered as they have further uncertainty regarding delivery date. (what the heck does that mean, further uncertainty regarding delivery date). Why does my friend who ordered his “AFTER” me, received his well before me?
