  • @diegofiorillo-uk I am still receiving conflicting information. I was told the amps will start shipping this next week in the order of when the amp was ordered. But I haven't heard of anyone getting an amp since the guy who ordered his Oct30.



  • Yes, In my opinion, It's looking rather pathetic and less and less likely that any number of amps will be shipped before the end of Feb, perhaps a few might trickle through.
    I'm awaiting another PG flash update soon with the same lame excuses and pushing the anticipated delivery time for Power Supporters delivery further down the road, probably at least another month.

    The lack of true, open and honest communication from this company is so bad I worry about their ethics and customer commitment.



  • I mean it’s obvious they but off a bit more than they can chew but I am still going to try to look past it. Only because I ..or we are getting them at a low price. If I had paid retail I would really be pissed. But what choice do we have other than to wait?



  • @tab I am afraid that this (inability to deliver/ answer delivery questions honestly) will likely be their legacy and what people remember most, awards, and praise for the hardware aside. That is what has impressed me most.



  • @donramsay Yes, as no doubt PG as some point in the future will bring out updated/revisions or even new innovative products but people who feel soured by this whole Spark experience will quite possible taking to social media to vent about their past frustrations with PG which will not help the brand.



  • Well, Monday has come and gone without any information even though the last news blip stated we would receive our amps by the end of February. I have been trying to communicate with them via their support office but I haven't really received any information worth talking about. They keep referring me to the notifications page on the Spark page. Interesting not one Power Supporter has responded to say he/she had received shipping notification.

    They posted an updated on the Main web page on 2/21, which to me offered no reassurance and left the waters even more murky.
    First, they say "Early Bird and Super Early Bird orders will be shipped the first week of February"
    Will be shipped? Its practically March when you posted that! The fact your unwilling to say HAS been shipped is worrying. And no, I dont think it was typo on their part.
    Also, no mention of PowerSupporters order status. They seem to glace over that group of some 10,000+ orders...

    Noticed that as well. man i have been here with no Amp since 1st week of November. I bought a THR30 and decided to return it and wait for this one as the THR sounded very small and had zero low end. At 400 pounds it is a total rip off. The THR is a 100 pound amp at best.

    In any case...yeah, no amp since November. Just using the Bias software on my Ipad but man i hate wearing headphones to play so really just been playing with no amp.



  • Still waiting on mine as well....no indication of shipping, and I have emailed support, only to receive a "sorry we need more time, we know it's been more than 24-hours and will escalate this"...This is day 3 if they don't respond by end of day x.x

    As a user of all their iOS and desktop apps, this is a MASSIVE let down, especially since they won't even ADMIT that they're going to miss all of their shipping windows and goals....I would have taken that MUCH better than silence and Random Vague Dates.



  • Power Supporter ordered November 8th, still no email or shipping notification. Ridiculous and unacceptable...they should give us something for having to wait so long past what we were told by them.



  • Power Supporter here. Ordered November 30th (towards the end) and have seen only the 4.2 update stating they 'anticipate' that we will receive our amps by the end of February. I wasn't counting on it, so I won't be too disappointed when this deadline comes and goes.

    I knew when I bought it that I would be waiting a while. As long as it works, is mostly bug-free and the software gets some updates along the way - I'll be ok with this. But with that said, I think that PG should have some newer, more realistic shipping schedules to share with us.

  • Okay guys. Enough is enough. The Power Supporters were supposed to receive our amps by the end of February. That, it appears is not going to happen. I just sent an email to Support. Either they know approximately when they will really be able to ship our amps and they are not wanting to tell us for fear of our canceling our orders or they are incompetent and have no clue as to when they will be able to ship. But that hasn't stopped them from continuing to sell a product they can't produce in sufficient quantities to even begin to deliver. This is the age of modern communication. I suggest that we all start posting on our various social media the issue we are facing and informing our fellow musicians of the problems associated with delivery of this product.



  • @art I, for one, am getting tired of being told to be patient. When I ordered my amp there had been only about 1,000 amps ordered. The delivery of those first 1,000 amps was delayed 2 months. Now it is looking like those of us that ordered in November are now looking at an almost 3 month delay. Now they have sold over 20,000 units. PG knows their production capabilities and, unless they are completely ignorant, know a realistic date for shipment. The problem you should be concerned about is: PG has produced and delivered only 1,000 units within the last three months. They now have orders for over 20,000 units. If your order came near the end of those 20,000 orders, at a production rate of even 1,000 units per month, you are looking at an almost 2 year wait for you amp. Are you that patient?



  • It's just not going to happen any time soon. I can't wait for the next "update". A mouse called Charles
    ran away with the assembly instruction sheet, & we simply cannot find him, please be patient.



  • Yeah it is getting pretty ridiculous now . I am trying to defend them, to stay patient but it's no longer defendable.

    The next update will be about coronavirus impeding the shipping.

    if that happens I'm cancelling.....I don't need a spark, I have several pro boards and a katana mini. They still haven't responded to my request for info either. I'll just pay off some credit instead.
