I’ve been using a BiasHead exclusively since May 2019.

Last night while playing a gig, the amp started “Stuttering”, I shut it down and turned it right back on.

      And it stopped stuttering.

It was the last two songs of the set so I can’t tell if it’s going to happen again.

      Actually, this cannot happen again.

      Any thoughts?

Did you ever get this resolved??

I used my PG Head for a show last weekend and after about 40 minutes, the head would cut out momentarily or the sound would get very distorted. This has happened before.

I used this head about a month ago and had similar issues. After speaking with Lei, request (307589), I verified that I had the latest firmware and did the factory reset and reinstalled my patches. I played it as I normally do for a little more than half an hour without an issue. At that time, I thought the issue was resolved, but that is not so.

I would like to get my Positive Grid BIAS Head sn# G160BH2P1676 repaired. I am a bass player using a G&L L2500. After about 15 minutes of use, the head cuts out momentarily and/or emits an intermittent crackling static through the speakers which are two Phil Jones C4s at 8ohms each. Volume level on the BIAS Head is around 12:00 o’clock. The BIAS Head is not hooked to a computer or tablet when this happens. I do run a fair amount of gain and distortion. I also own a Bias Rack which powers two Phil Jones C8s at 8ohms each and I have experienced no problems. The settings in both the rack and the head are the same.
