Positive Grid, How's this statement looking?
"We anticipate now that you will receive your order by the end of February."
Power Supporter here still waiting for shipping notification... 7 working days until the end of the month so what are the chances of a my Spark actually arriving by the end of Feb as promised.
Not looking good in my opinion. -
@tab I agree with you. I understood that pre-ordering meant there was the possibility of delays but this is getting to be a bit much. As i stated in another thread, my biggest issue is the huge lack of transparent communication from PoistiveGrid. It seems very apparent I will not receive my amp in Feb. All i would like is for them to come forward with as much accurate information as they have available.
Ive seen them answer the 'easy' questions posted on the spark forum, but they seem to be avoiding playing hardball. I think they owe it to the thousands of people who helped fund this to let us know whats up. -
@edmit15 I emailed support yesterday and the response I heard from an agent there was that from what they knew they're about to ship to the power supporter group by the end of February.
Here's hoping we'll hear something next week.

@dashaft Im hopeful too, but after receiving at least 3 separate delays I have a hard time believing much of PG says. At this point its "I'll believe it when I see it". With only 5 business days left in Feb, and the lack of any formal update on their website...Im not holding my breath

Hey yall this is the response I got when I asked for a specific date my Power Supporter Spark Amp would be shipped. Still hopeful itll be shipped within the next week!
"We're sorry for the vague answer and understand your concern.
Unfortunately the estimated delivery will stay 'estimated' and not a specific date, at least for now, because everything has to do with the manufacturing speed and capacity of our OEM partner (we don't own the factory ourselves). There're a lot of back-and-forth communications as well as tight QC procedure to ensure we're not risking the quality by aiming to produce a set number of units.
You may say we could have made better judgements beforehand and/or give out clearer updates on the process, and we totally agree, and will move forward with that knowledge.
As for now, Spark units are on the production line and we're doing our best to ensure every single unit works just like we envisioned, and hopefully will live up to your expectations as well.
Again, we apologize for the wait. If you have any concern or question about the order, please don't hesitate to reply this email and we're always here to help. Thanks again."

Then do so PositiveGrid! This excerpt came from a private email; post updates that ALL customers can see on your website, instead of us individually having to ask our order status! This to me is the most glaring issue, but once again, it seems to be just more talk and not action from them....
