Hello... an issue with Bias FX 2
I can't understand the way I can share my presets in ToneCloud.
I mean... If I try to share a preset, I always fill the fields in the popup window (title, genre and description) but when i click on "upload", an alert appears telling me that it's "unable to share the preset" (obviously, i am logged in...)
      Where am I wrong?

I'm having the same issue. I can't upload or download anything from tonecloud with bias fx 2. Bias fx mobile is working correctly.

Have you tried logging out of ToneCloud and then logging back in?

@o_oliviero Hello. I too am continually getting the "unable to share the preset" warning and am logged in correctly. I tried and tried to disconnect and reconnect to ToneCloud but there was nothing to do!
It seems to me that Positive Grid has had a lot of problems lately, something has changed lately and after buying practically everything for MacOS and iOS I begin to regret all this, you no longer have the certainty that Bias FX2 will start ..... a User must not stay there continuously uninstalling and reinstalling the software to make it work properly!
