Bias vs mooer ge200
-
Hello, I have bias fx 2 and bias I amp 2. Is it redundant to also have a Mooer Ge200? What is your opinion? I only use it at home, in both cases on the desk. I don't play live, only at home. What actually has better quality?

@arandasanchezoscar IMO, Mooer GE200 is mainly for Live use. You're same with me, play only at home.
I have both Elite Bias Fx 2 & AMP 2. They're enough for me to dial any tones I want.
You may look at other plug-in if you need more options than Mooer GE200. -
If you don't mind using your computer, and your computer is properly configured for plugin use with no noticeable latency, there is not much advantage to a hardware unit like the Mooer other than maybe the foot control but you can get an inexpensive MIDI controller for your DAW to cover that, too... Anyway, the Mooer stuff is not better than Bias, IMHO, so it'd likely be a downgrade in my opinion.

@suttisak-nga
i too have upgraded to the elite versions of both but id like to ask if youve had any problems with the high gain amps (like the slash tones or frusciante tones in the rock presets ).im experiencing some very peculiar sounds.using the latest update 2-1-8-4840..
