Pro Series Compressor/EQ manuals

First thing, I like Positive Grid. There is cool stuff in their inventory. But!! How can any pro company be taken seriously if they don't include some sort of user guide/manual, especially if they're still selling the product. I know how to use compression and eq but it would be nice to have an insight into how the Pro series compressor and eq can be utilized with the different settings of tube bias, transformers, etc. I paid for them but I would like to know why the knob I'm turning is doing what it does. I mean, pay me minimum wage for a week and I'll take time off to figure them out and write a manual :)

Id love to see manuals on these, they seem to have some cryptic knobs of dubious explanatory power
