  • I received an email this week that said Positive Grid is 4 weeks delayed from their original ship date and they expect to start shipping in mid-late January depending on location. There was no other elaboration regarding which locations were first in line, etc.



  • @cottero Well that delay throws a wrench in some plans. My good friend, Thomas Nordegg who has been Steve Vai's tech for the last two decades, is staying at my home during winter NAMM which runs from Jan 16 through 19. He was pretty jazzed about checking it out.



  • I paid for my Spark in November and I am waiting. I received notification that one was being sent soon with news of an update made without any dates specified, so I’m still anxiously awaiting.

    According to your order#:
    The estimate delivery would be in late Jan.- early Feb. 2020. You will receive an email notification with the tracking info once your order is shipped.

  • @donramsay I received an email this morning that gives new information beyond the updates on the website.
    FYI, my order was placed end of November.
    Here is a partial quote:
    "We anticipate your Spark order will ship by the end of February. "

  • Here is the Dialog that i have received about the delay.
    I didn't feel it was asking too much, they took my money with the promise of delivery in January Also the web site still say you can order one with delivery in February

    But on Nov.30th ordered the Bias Platinum Elite , Bias FX Bias Amp, Bias Pedals, Pro Series and the Full Suite of Expansion packs software.

    It should have read Bias FX 2 and Bias Amp 2
    I already have Bias FX 2 and Bias Amp 2
    The one thing I did not order is the Spark Amp gig bag,
    I ordered the Spark Amp and headphones

    You may want to take a long hard look at your "current system" as most companys that FAIL, do so because of a few things. 1 missing promise dates 2 bad customer satisfaction 3 bad product. so far you are 2 for 3
