      Hi, i just moved from Bias 1 to Bias 2 pro and yet i cant download certain profiles on the cloud they've got a locker on what should i do ?

        Is that Bias FX 2 Pro, if so open up cloud and then click on Settings symbol top right hand corner and open preset preview setting and click available download only and that way you will only see the downloadable preset profiles available to you.
        I haven't figured out why some profiles are locked though, so let me know if you figure that out.
