Just received my new Distortion Pro Pedal but I’m unable to register it In the Desktop Software, the software seems to be in Demo mode/level too and won’t upgrade to pro level despite Logging into tone cloud.

I had a similar issue with my Bias Head, but I followed the help file (link below) and it worked fine. It even registered the hardware to my account. This hasn’t happened with the pedal.

      https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013440492-BIAS-Amp-2-Desktop-Does-Not-Detect-BIAS-Head-Rack-via-USB

The LEDs on the pedal light up on boot and the three foot switch lights flash continuously. I’m able to control the pedal via the software and save to memory slots but I cannot assign foot switches (it assigns then in software but the switches do nothing). Similar functionality in the IOS software. I’m powering it via the USB lead and the supplied power brick.

So, I need a little help or it’s going back. I have a Delay Pro on the way so I hope it’s not a similar experience with that!

      Any help would be appreciated.

@ed-haslam Did you get the redeem code for the free BIAS Pedal software? Feel free to send us a request at support@positivegrid.com

@felix Many thanks - I've just checked and yes, this has allowed me to sort out the software issue. I'm now at pro level.

However, I still have an issue witht the footswitches not working. All I get is the three flashing LEDs next to each switch. They don't seem to do anything even when changed in Bias Pedal.

          Any ideas?
