Suddenly my BT-4 doesnt connect with my iPad or iPhone. I have tried new batteries, restart my iOS, update the apps. What can I do more?! This has never occurred before. 0_1576319120852_D1344C61-1DED-488A-9112-92FB76FC71EA.jpeg

                  Hello Positive Grid Team,

I have exact the same problem "Failed to Connect".
Bluetooth (IOS 13.4) on my airpad 2 is activated, BT Pedal Editor is allowed to use bluetooth, batteries in the BT-4 have 100 % energy ( tested per apple mouse -> mouse battery status 100 %). I tried all tips from the apple, but still after "connecting" shows the BT Pedal Editor app: "Failed to Connect". Is my BT-4 pedal defect? Please help me, thanks a lot! Greetings Jürgen

Same here, just bought the BT4, getting the failed to connect message, tried both on my iphone and ipad, no issues with bluetooth otherwise. Sometimes alternativey bt pedal editor gets stuck on “connecting”, have let it run for several hours, no success.
                    Scam?

Real issue with bt-4, have not been able to connect/use once since I bought it, either stuck at “connecting” (several hours) or “failed to connect”, am not the only one and total silence from PG? App not updated in the last 4 years? What is going on?
