JamUp strips components of tonecloud bias amp profiles

Hey guys. I've tried downloading some bias amps from the tonecloud on my iPhone and then loading them into JamUp on some of them it says there are unsopplrted modules. Not sure why. When I open the amp back up in bias the custom IR and the amp patch slots on the anp signal path are empty.

Anyone have this happen?
