Spark 2 with USB-C PD for alternative power
-
I know it's premature when v1 isn't even ready to ship, but one of the improvements I'd like to see in an update for Spark was to add USB Power Delivery v3. It could be a dedicated USB power socket or even replacing the B type with an C type socket. If a PD3 source was detected, Spark could directly get the power (20V 3A) directly from this. This would also allow to take it out on the road with any PD3 capable powerbank able to deliver 60Watts (like Omnicharge). As I already have the big bad Omnicharge, I'm personally fine with the initial layout, but I feel PG could explore totally new markets with just a bit of engineering here.
