      Issued a request for a refund of Bias FX Desktop standard. Have sent 2 customer support messages and still no response. It has been a week. Has anyone gone through the process of refund with PG? Kindly help!!!

          @salvatore-di-piazza I opted for a physical amp+effects. Still no response from PG. This is very frustrating. Could anyone help me here? I don't want to go through the PayPal conflict resolution.

            I had been through it a while ago and it was handled without any problems.
            @Joe-Kuo maybe you can investigate?

              @ghanchu I just read all 3 tickets you sent us and it seems you couldn't receive any of our replies, the earlier two stopped on waiting for your information.
