Definitely have a look at your DPC latency

Let us know if you see anything on here

i 've got this at the report. I will try the 32bit version of biasfx2.

                  REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS

Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: bias fx 2_x64.exe

Total number of hard pagefaults 10
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 6
                  Number of processes hit: 4

It never turned red though? Seems like thats not the problem...make sure it runs as long as the time it takes to normally drop out...in fact run it tiull it drops out and then maybe the log will have something good even if it doesnt turn red

@pipelineaudio unfortunately it has the same issue even with the 32bit version.

                        never gets red.

                          Did some more tests.

looks like it is the sound card and not the Bias FX2.
I tested it with an irig hd2 and till now there is not any issue.

I will test it more to be sure.
Also, i will open a case at steinberg.

                          thanks.
