@56942696 Can you try downloading BIAS FX/Amp 32-bit version to see how it goes?

It doesn't work with 64 bit standalone app (at least on windows). Don't know why. I use 32 bit with POD Studio GX.
You could try using VST plugin in a DAW instead and see if it works.

Sorry I am French, so my English is not good.

I had the same problem and plugging the sound card into a USB 2.0 port instead of a 3.0 the problem was fixed.

This particular issue shows up on quite a few drivers from time to time. For some motherboards, you need to set the BIOS to limit all of the USB 3 to USB2 as well
