Something weird is going on with the presets on the Cloud.

Wanted to check out the new preset by Lari, first up it was locked, couldn't preview or download, the next time I logged in I could preview, download and edit it, couple of days later the preset which is sitting in my local library is locked and I get the upgrade screen...
