      Hi,

I recently bought the Pro version. Unfortunately, the screen I see when I open the program is not the one advertised. I cannot modify signal streams, start my own rig, add effects, etc. The top banner is almost blank, perhaps related. Can someone please help...!

@torogerstanzel Have you logged in with your Tone Cloud account (the one you used when you bought BFX2)?

Hi, I am. To be thorough, I logged off then back on. Still the same. Looks like I’m perhaps still in demo mode, but when I look at settings it says it’s professional mode. Really stumped...

Maybe you could post a screenshot. And I supposed you have contacted support https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ?

@john hi john, I tried posting the screen shots, but they wouldn’t go (too large). I have contacted them, but didn’t know how long it would take them to get back to me and figured someone on here may have had the same issue (had an issue getting getting my Presonus 26 to send sound to Bias earlier and I found the solution here).

              Thanks!

I would uninstall BFX2, restart the computer and delete (or rename) the BIAS_FX2 folder under PositiveGrid. On Windows it is in your Documents folder (or the one you use as such). On windows there are also BFX stuff placed at C:\Users"your user name"\AppData\Roaming\PositiveGrid . I'd risk deleting that to. Then I'd restart the PC, reinstall BFX2 and restart once more.
I tend to restart a lot because that's what we used to do back in the 80:s 90:s.

@torogerstanzel I've replied you via the ticket, It looks like you're using BIAS Amp 2, but not BIAS FX 2. thanks!

@mike Next problem. This is a Demo mode and I cannot get it to go to the Pro mode that I purchased. How do I do this?

@torogerstanzel Back to (log out?) log in. But I guess you've tried that again? I suppose you know you only get the pro mode you've bought (amp or fx)?
