    BIAS FX 2 - No route and clear feature freeze the application

      I just purchased BIAS FX 2. When I launch the application, I have no route. If I click on single route or dual route, or if I select a preset, nothing changes / appears. And, if I click on the clear button, the application does not respond anymore.

      Does anyone have the same issue and would know how to fix it?

          I got this issue with both the standalone and plugin (using cubase) versions.

            what do you mean by "route"? Can you take a screenshot?

                @pipelineaudio I just posted an image. I mean by no route, that I don't have any pedal, cab or anything and loading preset doesn't not change it. I cannot add pedal neither. I have opened at ticket for this issue.
