    Bias Mini won’t play/turn off

      Hi everyone,

      Sometimes my Bias Mini guitar doesn’t play any sound when I turn it on, it’s like it’s frozen, with the red light on, but nothin else is working. It doesn’t even turn off, i need to disconnect it from the electricity and start it again.
      Is it normal? Should I send it back? (It’s only 1 month I have it and it started like this since the beginning).
      I’m gonna play live in a couple weeks and this kind of behaviour makes me a little nervous 😅

          I had the same issue about a month ago & in the last 2 weeks I've had my unit shut down randomly (at gigs) - I think the fan has failed & it's overheating (awaiting a reply from support as to what to do about repair/replacement)

            Hi Fanzone, I had the exact same issue with the Bias Mini that was only 4months old. I the issue started happening after the 1st week. Tech Support took something like 7weeks to respond and their response was take it back to the dealer. Luckily the dealer had another unit and swapped it out for me. Now appears fine. Hope you got yours fixed?

              Same here, after a couple weeks the dealer sent me back another unit perfectly working!
              No more freezes since then!
