BIAS FX2 Upgrade

In the store it says the Bias FX 2 upgrade will be free if you buy Bias FX now. I just bought Bias FX from an online retailer, can you confirm that the free upgrade is true? Also, it's hard to find out if I would need to also purchase Bias Amp 2 - is there a good variety of clean & crunch tones within FX 2? Thanks!
