How to search offline presets?

On my laptop I have about 200 local presets.
When I take my laptop out to my mates home studio he doesn't get wifi access down that end of the garden.
I may be being really stupid but is there any way I can search by name for presets rather than have to scroll through them till I find the one I want?Already used all the shortcut 8 buttons at the bottom.
